Welcome to my home page.  My philosophy is to provide competent, economical legal services.  I conduct my business like my grandfather did–with a handshake and being honest and fair.

I graduated from John Marshall Law School in 1985.  I have been on my own since 1990.  Before that I worked for a small law firm where I tried numerous jury cases and bench trials.

Since 1990 my focus has been real estate litigation and lately real estate transactional work.  I also do administrative hearings and seeking judicial review of the same.  Last year I successfully appealed an case to the appellate court regarding the denial of  coverage for a fire in a 2 flat my client owed.
